Complete and fully automatic system for high speed packing of cakes

The system is designed to provide high flexibility in terms of products and formats to be handled at high speed.

The system consists of a high-speed distribution unit that takes the arriving rows of cakes from the cooling tunnel and delivers them to an 8-leg packaging line for both single-count and wrapping the product in flowpack.

The system is able to handle more than 5.500 products/minute.
The system follows the latest requirements in Lean Design and strict sanitary design.
