Fully automatic system for high speed packing of wafers

The system is extremely flexible in running different types of wafers, in different configurations. Gentle handling guarantees the integrity of extremely fragile products.

SPS system includes two devices for books of wafer packing, parallel buffer belts, two motorized upper circuits for individual stack of wafers, two conveyors system for diverting lane of wafers, two high-Speed servo-driven automatic feeding system at double lane.

Two high-speed full program wrapping machines, equipped with tear tape unit, and two end fold fin seal systems complete the line.
