Complete and fully automatic system for high speed packing of biscuits on edge

The system is designed to provide high productivity with gentle product handling, optimizing the performances of the line by keeping the flow of products from the oven lean and using high speed wrapper machines.

The line consists of a handling system, including conveyor belts and vibrating channels for pressure control and buffering, that deliver the product to volumetric slug loader designed for fragile products.

The product duly portioned is then transferred to a BOE wrapper via continuous designed motion inserting units. A high speed full program wrapping machine, a metal detector and checkweigher system complete the line.
