The system is designed to provide high productivity with gentle product handling and a compact footprint. The system consists of a high-speed distribution unit that takes the rows of dry and sandwich biscuits from the cooling tunnel and delivers them to a double 2-leg packaging line for piling/grouping and wrapping the product in flowpack. The system includes a feeding system that minimizes the points of contact on the products as well as Dual Lane wrappers for minimizing both the used space and the number of operators.
The system follows the latest requirements in Lean Design and strict sanitary design.
